Clan is brewed in a special mashing process to create a subtly sweet, malty and caramel-like aroma that is perfectly complemented by the hops. The bitter note can be described as subtle. For Clan, three helpings of 100 percent English aromatic Fuggles hops are used.
With Colonia, BraufactuM brings traditional Rhenish bitters to life once more. The special hoppy aroma can be attributed to large helpings of hops in both the brew house and the storage tanks. Only the rare Hallertauer Saphir hop is used.
Indra, from the BraufactuM collection, is a new style of beer that fuses hoppy, aromatic American IPAs and distinctive German wheat beers. The hop of choice was the American Cascade variety. Virtually no other hop is able to produce such a perfect contrast with the intense wheat flavor.
What makes the vanilla-colored Palor so special is a never-before-used variety of hops called Polaris. Along with Cascade – a hops variety favored among craft brewers – it lends Palor an exceptionally refreshing flavor.
With Progusta, the types of hops used come to the fore, and harmonize perfectly with the bitter note. The hoppy aroma can be attributed to the American Citra and German Hallertauer Mittelfrüh varieties, which complement each other beautifully. The sweetness remaining after fermentation forms a nice interplay with the bitter note.
BraufactuM - Craft Beers with a German twist. We are crazy (in a good way) about our brewing philosophy, where there is no contradiction between tradition and innovation, modern technology, and knowledge. We live for craft beer – 24 hours a day, seven days a week. We are driven by the desire to delight those with a taste for the finer things with our beers.
